Magnets
Permanent, Industrial-grade Ceramic or High-Energy (NdFeB or SmCo) magnets that will last for life.
Chain
Oversize roller, solid-pin extended-pitch chain. Much stronger and more reliable than hollow-pin chain.
Track System
#304 Stainless Steel track system precision laser cut and formed on an NC press brake. Bolt in place sections are replaceable. AR400 in curved sections for high wear.
Design
Designed using the latest AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS computer software.
Precision Laser
All sheet metal components are precision laser-cut using our own CNC laser cutter. A large 5x10 oversized a table allows us to cut larger sheets which produces less sections and better accuracy.
Metal Preparation
All flat laser-cut sheet metal components requiring bending are bent with our 14 ft. NC Press Brake.
