Order Process
1. Storch has multiple ways for you to request a quote for a parts conveyor:

- Fax RFQ - 734.591.2582
2. Once your Request For Quote has been received, we will process it and send you a formal quote.
3. Once we receive your purchase order, we will send you a purchase order acknowledgment.
** If you do not receive an acknowledgment in a timely manner, please double check with us that we have received your PO. **
4. Next, our engineer will send you an approval drawing based on your needs and application.
5. After reviewing the drawing, you send it back to us with any or no changes.
6. We send you an acknowledgment of your acceptance of the approval drawing.

7. Your parts conveyor goes to scheduling and the six week build period begins.
